4 WEEK MINDFUL EATING COURSE

STARTS THURS 8th April, KELSON, LOWER HUTT, $46

  • 4 sessions run over 4 weeks- from 6.30-7.30 pm, starting Thurs 8th April through to Thurs 29th April, 2021
  • This course is for anyone who wants to change their relationship with food in order to support their physical, psychological and mental well-being.
  • You will learn how to reduce emotional eating and become more mindful of your eating patterns.
