4 WEEK SLEEP EASY WITH MINDFULNESS COURSE

STARTS THURS 8th JULY, KELSON, LOWER HUTT, $46

  • 4 sessions run over 4 weeks- from 6.30-7.30 pm, starting Thurs 8th July through to Thurs 29th July, 202
  • This 4 week course is for anyone who struggles with sleep and would like to develop a better relationship with their sleep through using mindfulness practices.

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE

  • Learn a variety of mindfulness exercises and practices
  • Mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve sleep, improve mental health and well-being
